TMZ is reporting that Britney Spears is in serious talks to headliner her own "Celine Dion" style show.

Britney, who just quit her gig on X Factor and is in the studio working on her 8th album, could make some serious cash from this deal. Celine Dion made over $100 million a year from her Vegas show!
