Pop singer Matt Nathanson is accusing Taylor Swift for lifting a lyric from his song "I Saw." The song in question, "All Too Well," from Taylor's Red album, contains the lyrics, “And I forget about you long enough to forget why I needed to.” The lyric closely matches Nathanson's lyric, “And I’ll forget about you long enough to forget why I need to."  Nathanson took to Twitter to express his frustration. He writes, "So far, my favorite thing about today is the wave of @taylorswift13 fans calling me a prick on Twitter for writing 'I Saw' in 2003.

Jessica Simpson's father is denying rumors that he's gay, telling friends and colleagues that's the stories are "ridiculous."  There have been reports that Joe Simpson has come out to his family and that the revelation sunk his marriage. TMZ says some insiders believe him and others think he's just not ready to come out publicly.

 

Wreck-It Ralph destroyed the weekend box office, earning $49.1 million. That's the best debut for an animated movie in Disney history (not including Pixar films).  Denzel Washington's Flight came in a strong second with $25 million.

Steven Tyler committed not one but two boo-boos Friday  on NBC's Today show.  Aerosmith's frontman greeted the audience by barking out, "Good morning, America" -- which happens to be title of ABC's rival program. If that wasn't bad enough, he then dropped the F-bomb moments later during Al Roker's weather report, with a rousing. "Thanks for coming out, you crazy [fools]!"  Though we can't share the F-bomb, we did find a copy of Tyler's GMA plug. Here it is, thanks to TMZ.

 

While everyone else in the New York City area is fighting for every drop of gasoline they can get, DONALD TRUMP reportedly made a deal with a BP station in Yonkers to fill up 18 of his "Celebrity Apprentice" vehicles.  Supposedly, the station was turning other people away while it was filling up the show's fleet.  This is according to an anonymous person who works on the show

 

 

Some betting website claims that ZAC EFRON, RYAN REYNOLDS and EMMA STONE are the favorites to play Luke Skywalker, Han Solo and Princess Leia in the new "Star Wars" movies.  Even though we don't know if those characters will even be in the movies, or how old they'll be.
