Courteney Cox isn't looking forward to turning 50.  She says, "That's gonna be brutal. I'm not that interested in that! That sounds different. It feels different."  The 48-year-old Cougar Townstar says she's up for anything to help turn back the clock. "I'm very open to trying to prolong the inevitable. I'm a big laser believer -- I really think they are the wave of the future. I just did Ulthera, which is supposed to produce collagen, and I'm about to do Fraxel, which will get rid of all these brown spots off my arms, chest and face."  Cougar Town is back with a new season on TBS on Tuesday nights at 9!

Nominees for the RAZZIE awards have been announced.  The final "Twilight" flick, "Breaking Dawn - Part 2", leads the pack with 11 nominations . . . in 10 CATEGORIES.  ADAM SANDLER also cleaned up with EIGHT nods for "That's My Boy".  "Battleship" rounds out the top three with SEVEN nominations. 

LANCE ARMSTRONG will sit for a 90-minute interview with OPRAH that'll air next Thursday night on OWN.  Will he admit to using performance-enhancing drugs?  Some sources say he will . . . but there's no official word on that.  Meanwhile, "60 Minutes" says Lance offered the US Anti-Doping Agency a $250,000 bribe back in 2004.  They turned him down.

ONE DIRECTION has agreed to a massive new record deal, which requires them to make three new albums over the next three years.  It also binds them to each other.  A so-called "source" says that if just ONE member drops out before the three years are up, the whole group will lose out on a huge payout worth MILLIONS.
