It makes perfect sense... Paris Hilton spends an awful lot of time in clubs listening to DJs... so duh, wouldn't she make the perfect one herself?  We're about to find out!

After Jennifer Lopez and Kelly Clarkson perform at the upcoming Pop Music Festival in Brazil on June 23, Paris will be making her DJ debut with a one-hour set.

She recently told Billboard, "I cannot wait to DJ for the first time in front of thousands of people.  I have been a part of the music scene and club scene since I was 15. It's something I have been passionate about and have come to respect very much. I am very excited to share all of my hard work with the world."

She's stoked and hoping it goes well so she can travel the world to do more mixing.  She knows what gets her fired up at the club, so maybe that will really help her know what other party goers will like too...  Perhaps she's found her niche!
